Muzzle Loading Powder Pistol & Rifle The pistol discipline is shot on the 6 lane 25m B Range.
The Rifle & Musket is shot on the 5 lane 10m A Range.
There are over 20+ current members who shoot ML on this range. The majority shoot single shot ML percussion pistols in calibres ranging from .10 to .451. There are also matchlock and flintlock pistols to be seen on the range. A number of members shoot muzzle loading rifles of .451 to .70 calibre.
The club is able to offer the use of a Club percussion pistol, a Le Page Stainless in .44 for members to use either in practice or in competition on the premises. Full instruction and coaching is available.
The Club has a muzzle loaders code of practice with which a person wishing to shoot ML on the club ranges has to pre-qualify.
